Ding Dong Deli Oak Ridge in Oak Ridge

Ordered 3 italian subs. 1 had barely any ham on it when the other 2 were fine with ham however none of the subs had oil or vinegar or spice on them and it when it was specifically asked for. Subs are good when owner is there however the kids really need some supervision in making a proper sub. Excellent roll, poor combination and care for taste.😒

We don't do our major shopping here but when you want a good sandwich for breakfast or lunch, coffee or milk it convenient. Buy a sandwich and get free bag of chips. I have never been disappointed.

Good cold cuts but smells really bad.Could be from the grease, but even a couple of minutes inside, long enough to get a drink from the fridge and pay, is sufficient to get "perfumed" with a hideous smell. Investment in some better exhaust over the grill may be in order.Otherwise, no complaints, a decent deli

Make your own coffee, the subs are giant, and comes with free chips. Speedy service and friendly staff. They only thing that could be better is to brew Green Mt. coffee.

Great sandwiches. Little slow on the service

This was one time a really good deli. Now they answer the phone for (phone) orders , hang up and curse about the customers . In front of other customers! The workers are nasty, rude .they walk around and don't look at people at counter stand and wait for 15-30 minutes for cigarettes.

Best sandwich in town. Downside is service slow when busy

What's not ok is the young lady with the long brown hair ponytail who would rather look at her phone or stomp outside leaving customers at the register. The two young guys working were great tho. 10-28-19 approx 5 pm.

The hours here are great. I can get a deli sandwich made at almost any hour of the day. The food here is great and they never skimp on meat. Lottery tickets are available for those who like to take risks. This store can also save you time on basic needs like milk and eggs if you don't feel like getting dressed up to go to the supermarket.

I really like this deli and there sandwiches are great however it shouldn't take 30 minutes to make two sandwiches (not talking about a 3 or 6 foot sub).I have family members who also work in deli's and it would never take this long. Another tip, dont ask for bacon on your sandwich it will take twice as long and you will be faced with attitude since they cook the bacon as ordered. If you plan on making a quick run this is definitely not the place.

Have to say this was the work breakfast sandwich I’ve had in my life. 1 egg and approximately 3 pieces of bacon for 14 dollars? Garbage. Do not recommend.

When yo need to go shopping for a few quick items this is the place in town! Deli products are great and make great sandwiches with free chips!

Best sandwiches for miles!! Well worth the wait when it's busy. All fresh breads baked every day, great pastries, haven't found a deli that is even close to this good!

Best sandwiches around. When we moved in to Oak Ridge in 2006, the people we bought our house from said the Ding Dong is the place to go for sandwiches. They were right!

I have been going to ding dong Deli 4 years now I visit this place when I come up this way to visit family never had a problem there until last night I walked in ordered for sandwiches and comments were made by the workers because I didn't call my order in this is no way to treat customers it doesn't matter if you call in or not if you place an order that's it also the older gentleman who work there was scratching his face before he made sandwiches really gross didn't see gloves on his hands the younger gentleman that work there at first was a little aggravated but then became nice to me and I appreciated that I left him a tip I love ding dong Deli and I will continue to go there when I visit I just hope the customer service is better thank you for letting me air my grievances
